TytoCare was often perceived as just another telehealth solution, despite offering something fundamentally different: the ability to perform real physical examinations remotely.

Insight

The real problem wasn't access to doctors. It was the inability of doctors to actually examine patients outside the clinic.

Solution

We created a new category: the Home Smart Clinic™. Not another telehealth platform, but a clinic that happens to be at home.

A clear and differentiated positioning that helped TytoCare stand apart in a crowded remote-care market.
